libraw-bin software package provides raw image decoder library (tools), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libraw-bin
libraw-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libraw-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libraw-bin *
You will get with libraw-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
